Collectively, the group has been involved in transacting over 5,000 apartment units and numerous subdivision and new builds within the U.S. and Canada. Most recent activity has been in the areas of apartment renovations and the building and sale of infill residential product. Current market focus has been in Arizona and Colorado.The team includes Myles Bruckal; Steven Bruckal (heading Arizona operations); Jason Bruckal (heading Denver operations); and is headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. The Bruckal Group is a Canadian based entity that first became active in the U.S. market after the Savings and Loans failures in the mid- 80’s. They have been active in multifamily acquisition and repositioning in the major markets of Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Washington State, and more recently since 2006 in Phoenix, Arizona. The Group sees the current market conditions and timing presenting strong opportunities for their line of expertise. Their goal is to use their skills and experience to identify value add properties in strong performing submarkets over the next few years.
